Epoxy grout is applied in grooves of tiles used in kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, fountains, hospitals, restaurants, cafeterias, light industrial applications and high traffic areas.
How to use :
• Clean Application Area
• Mix PartA- Resin & Part B Hardener in a Bucket
• Add Part C- Filler Powder in a Bucket
• Mix throughly preferably with mechanical stirrer or manually
• Wait 5 Minutes
• Apply the Grout on prepared surface with a float
• Check for joints to harden for 30-40 minutes
• Use damp cloth to remove excess paste form tile surface
• Wait 24 hours
• Applied surface is ready for use.
मापिसा 369 ईपॉक्सी ग्राउट एक तीन भाग वाला इपॉक्सी आधारित जोड़ भराव पदार्थ है। विट्रीफाइड टाइल्स , कांच की पच्चीकारी का काम ( GLASS MOSAIC TILES ) और अन्य प्रकार की टाइल्स के जोड़ो में इसे आसानी से लगाया जा सकता है । यह संगमरमर , नैचुरलस्टोन , संयुक्त पत्थर और बिल्लारी पत्थर ( QUARTZ STONE ) के जोड़ के लिए भी काम आता है । इसकी सबसे विशेष खासियत यह है की जोड़ो में लगाने के बाद आस पास की किसी भी सतह से इसे तुरंत सिर्फ पानी से घिसने पर पूरी तरह से साफ किया जा सकता है

उपयोग :
किसी भी आवासीय या व्यापारिक निर्माण की झटके , दाग , पानी और रसायन झेलने वाली सतहों के लिए उपयुक्ता को रसोई , बाथरूम्स , स्विमिंग पूल , फ़व्वारे , अस्पताल , ऑपरेशन थिएटर , स्टरलाइजेशन रूम्स , रेस्टॉरेंट्स , कैफ़ेज़ और हलके आधुनिक प्रयोग में आने वाली टाइल्स जिन पर की भरी मात्रा में पैदल चला जाता हो उनके जोड़ में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
कैसे उपयोग करे :
• उपयोग में लगाए जाने वाले क्षेत्र को साफ करें।
• एक बाल्टी में पार्टए- रेज़िन और पार्ट बी हार्डनर मिलाएं।
• एक बाल्टी में पार्ट सी-फिलर पाउडर डालें ,बेहतर होगा कि मैकेनिकल स्टिरर से या मैन्युअल रूप से 5 मिनट प्रतीक्षा करें।
• फ्लोट के साथ तैयार सतह पर ग्राउट लगाएं 30-40 मिनट के लिए जोड़ों के सख्त होने की जांच करें।
• टाइल की सतह से अतिरिक्त पेस्ट को हटाने के लिए नम कपड़े का उपयोग करें
• 24 घंटे प्रतीक्षा करें।
• लागू सतह उपयोग के लिए तैयार है।
